Kakobuy spreadsheet 2026 QC checklist

Use this before buying and again when warehouse photos arrive. The goal is simple: keep items with clear evidence and remove items that depend on guessing.

Product linkThe original seller page opens and matches the find.Title, photos, and selected option point to the same item. The spreadsheet title and seller page seem unrelated.
PhotosFront, back, side, label, close-up, and detail photos where relevant.Photos show the shape, finish, and real details clearly.Only studio images, cropped angles, or repeated thumbnails.
SizingMeasurements, regional size conversion, and fit notes. You can compare measurements with an item you already own.Only generic S/M/L or one-size claims on fitted items.
VariantColor, model, batch, option name, and selected size. The option text matches the image and product title.Variant names are vague or different from the displayed item.

Seller notesWarnings, sizing advice, color notes, shipping notes, and package contents.Important limitations are stated before purchase.Missing notes on an item that needs compatibility or fit details.
WeightEstimated item weight and whether it still makes sense in a haul. The final value still looks reasonable after shipping.A cheap product becomes poor value once weight is counted.

ComparisonAt least one similar alternative from the same category.Your chosen item has clearer evidence than the alternatives. You only chose it because the thumbnail looked good.
DecisionWhether you would still want the item after seeing QC.You can explain why the item belongs in your shipment. You feel doubtful but want to ship it anyway.

How to decide when QC is mixed

Not every small flaw should cancel an order. A box dent is different from a stain, wrong color, crooked detail, poor shape, or size issue. Judge the flaw by how often you will notice it and whether it affects comfort, use, or resale value.

Pass

The item matches the listing, the selected option is correct, and any small issue would not affect normal use.

Pause

The photos are unclear, the size is uncertain, or a detail needs another angle. Ask for extra photos if the platform allows it.

Reject

The item is the wrong variant, visibly defective, poorly shaped, badly sized, or already feels like a compromise before shipping.
